Glamour Aura provides beauty products, including lashes and accessories, for personal use only. By purchasing from us, you agree not to resell our products without written consent.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

• Glamour Aura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs.

• Once shipped, ownership of the package transfers to the customer.

3. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns.

• Exceptions may be considered case-by-case for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos.
